MM provides a secure online location, the MM Portal, for client communication.

Client data is collected through the MM Portal using our smart MM Questionnaire technology and stored on Microsoft Azure servers in Australia. Documents uploaded through the MM Portal are backed up in a file location of your choice, such as Dropbox, GoogleDrive, OneDrive and others.

The secure MM Portal portal synchronises with the MM Desktop App, which is installed on your computers. All client communication, progress updates, data and documents are securely transferred to the Matter they belong to.

When you fill in an online application in the Immi account through the MM Desktop App, it synchronises with the cloud servers and the document storage to automate online application filling.

Every piece of information transferred using the secure MM Portal uses an encrypted channel. All files at rest are encrypted during storage, utilising the same standard used by banks to secure customer data.

Automating online applications is only possible using eLodge through the MM Desktop APP

Solutions boasting 100% cloud or web-based cannot automate applications online through ImmiAccount or other online applications such as skills assessments or AAT or AFP checks.

MM’s unique eLodge system changes all that.
